PLEASE NOTE: ALL ORDERS ARE PHYSICALLY MADE WHEN THE ITEM IS PAID. THIS GENERALLY TAKES 1-3 DAYS. AS SOON AS THE PRODUCT IS MADE, IT IS IMMEDIATELY SHIPPED. 

DOMESTIC: All standard shipping in the USA is FREE, regardless of weight or price of order. This will take 6-10 business days.

USA business days are Monday-Friday. No shipping or manufacturing of your purchase will take place on Saturdays or Sundays. 

You will receive all tracking information via the email you used while placing the order. If you did not receive your tracking information, email support@sunnahbay.com. Please include your order number. 

We do not offer expedited shipping at this time. 

INTERNATIONAL: All international shipping is $15.99 flat rate, regardless of weight or price of order. 

Typically, international order take 10-20 days to arrive. 

It is vital that all information is filled out regarding shipping for international shipments-this includes phone number, etc.  Sunnahbay is not responsible if information is missing and it is not released from customs.  It is the customers responsibility to know what is required in their home country to successfully recieve a package. 

We do our best to help ensure your item arrives as smoothly and quickly as possible, including labeling the package with all relevant information for customs authorities. Changes to EU customs regulations means you may be charged sales tax (VAT) upon delivery of your order. Refer to your country tax authority for guidance on what fees are due on items shipped from the USA.
